Payment - If you are purchasing a giftable item from the website, simply click the shopping cart and enter what you want. You will be directed to PayPal to finalize your payment.
If you need an item from the Online Catalog, a design from the Design Catalog or a custom design simply e-mail me your needs and I will send you a quote.

Digitizing Fees - For custom logos/designs there is a one-time digitizing fee to translate your graphic/artwork into an embroidery design. The charge ranges from $25 - $250+ depending upon the amount of detail and finished size of the design. I collect the fee before beginning work on a design and mail you a sample stitch out for approval. This allows you to make any edits, size, color, etc. prior to the design going on to any items. I maintain the embroidery design on file for any future needs you may have.
There may be additional charges if major changes to the
design are requested after a design has been finalized, i.e.
elements you want removed or added, design resized from a left chest to fit a
jacket back size, etc.
Returns - Please note, personalized, monogrammed or custom designed items cannot be returned unless there was a spelling error or design flaw on my part. Check initials & name spellings carefully before ordering.
